Bluestem is currently accepting applications for immediate enrollment and for the 2026-2027 academic year.

Print out this form and return it, along with a $200 enrollment fee per child. $100 of this fee will be applied to first month's tuition.

This application is not a guarantee of placement at Bluestem Montessori. Families must still complete an interview process to secure placement.

WAITLIST

You may also join the waitlist, for all grades and our new preschool and middle school programs in 2027 and beyond, OR for any grade which is currently full.

Sibling Tuition

Bluestem offers a 20% discount for the second child enrolled and a 30% discount for the third child enrolled.

Title 20 (early childhood program and elementary Aftercare program only)

Bluestem accepts title 20 for early childhood tuition and elementary aftercare and camp fees.

Aftercare

After school care is available from 3:30 - 6:00 PM every school day. After school care is $265/month or $17/day for the 2025-2026 school year.
